Whatever happened to crowdsourcing

Following a huge fanfare from man4thepeople there has been little evidence of his experiment, the criteria or the results.  Was it all just smoke and mirrors ?  Who are these famous people he claims to have at his beck and call ?  What is his track record ?  What, if any, problems has he actually solved ?

I could ask the same of Dr (sic) Lovehandles.

Seems to me Nook is being infested with hams and shams.

exactly, who are these famous people, just an illusion me thinks…….By their works shall ye know them……and ye knows they’re kidding themselves

Well, I must give man4thepeople credit for his reply to Mercy about preventing the neighbour’s dog from befouling her nature strip. That’s a really good idea.

I’m still not sure on what Crowdsourcing is exactly, but according to the Wikipedia definition, it sounds as if Nook already may be doing it, man4thepeople or not - a group of people over the internet working together to solve problems (e.g. every time someone posts a question, everyone chips in with a bit of advice).

Dr Lovehandles, meanwhile, was quite funny. Perhaps if he returns, you guys could play golf one Wednesday? ;)
